Our forms are in PDF format for you to print and fill out by hand. We are transitioning to PDF forms that you can fill out on your computer as well for future efforts.
Standard Membership Categories
BTSD offers serveral categories of membershihp and optional program donations to make it easy for you to join at the level you would wish (See also Introductory Membership information below.) We always offer a senior discount (75 or older).
New! Introductory Membership
Although we always appreciate when new members join at the levels that existing members are paying, we realize money is tighter than ever. We now offer a transitional membership that is signiricantly discounted at the beginning in year one, steps up halfway in year two, and then in the third year is at the standard rate.

Consider the Member Benefits
Temple members receive the satisfaction of supporting the Dharma for now and for the future, along with free books and guides on Jodo Shinshu, savings on Buddhist altars (obutsudan) and paraphernalia (butsugu), free help on finding or refurbishing a Buddhist Altar, access to the password-protected area of the website, and more.

Learn More before You Join
You are always welcome to attend our services or our online classes, Buddhism Zero and Buddhism 1-2-3. Minister’s Assistant Kaytee Sumida also leads a one-hour Intro to Buddhism class at the Temple, at 9 a.m. the last Sunday of most months.
New! Youth Options
Starting in 2023, younger adults on an especially tight budget can either take advantage of the new introductory rate, or in some cases, save even more money by becoming a youth member with the BCA. Please contact us for more information.
