We are now able to share some of the monthly Dharma messages our ministers have prepared for the Dharma School Students.

In this talk from August 26, 2020, Imori Sensei visits with Jean the Ostrich to discuss the challenges of staying at home during the pandemic. Along the way Sensei reminds us of the Dharma School theme this year, of wellness, and helps Jean with the concept of Gaman. Gaman is a Japanese word meaning to be patient and to persevere. Sensei helps Jean see Gaman as another tool in her toolbox of Buddhist teachings to help us live our lives.
