Our Food Drive Helps the Food Bank — Now Through March 23
The Temple is joining with the Neighbors Helping Neighbors program sponsored by the Jacobs & Cushman San Diego Food Bank.
Starting March 1, the Temple will have a red barrel indoors for drop-off donations during office hours of Tuesday through Friday, 9 to 4, and also before and after Sunday services.
The Temple will also host a drive-through collection on Saturday, March 23, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Canned soup
Canned and dried fruit
Canned vegetables

Project Details
The San Diego Food Bank distributes food to more than 400,000 people monthly and needs our help to continue this service. This County-wide FOOD COLLECTION will benefit the San Diego Food Bank and their mission to feed the hungry. The Buddhist Temple of San Diego is participating as just one of many drop-off locations throughout San Diego County. The final DRIVE-THRU drop-off option is March 23.
