'Wheel of Dharma' on Arturo Rubio!

San Diego’s own Arturo Rubio was front page news in this month’s Wheel of Dharma, for his role in providing the Spanish translations of Bidshop Marvin Harada’s weekly “Dial the Dharma” messages.
