Close of our 2026 School Supplies Donation Drive

The Buddhist Temple of San Diego and its Dana Group would like to thank temple members and Dharma friends who supported our 2026 School Supplies Donation Drive with in-kind and monetary donations. Once again, we partnered with Hope for San Diego to provide school supplies to under-served children in our community.

This donation drive officially closed on July 12th, and all donated and purchased school supplies were delivered to Hope for San Diego on July 13th. Hope for San Diego received a wonderful mix of scissors, crayons, notebooks, glue, pens, and other school items.

All the supplies that were so generously donated by our temple members and Dharma friends will make a huge difference in preparing these kids for the upcoming school year.

Our donations will be put into backpacks by Hope for San Diego and will be delivered to students later this month. Thank you so much for your generosity.
