What's Happening that day:

Exercise - gentle, senior exercise led by Serena Cottle of Fitness 4 All San Diego.   
AM Session: "Uta no Tsuboi" (Gathering bof Songs) -  led by Mahe, Visitor Engagement Coordinator at the Japanese Friendship Garden & Museum. This is Mahe's 2nd time with us - this will be a fun morning of singing together.
Lunch & Social Time - Enjoy a buffet lunch and time to connect with new & old friends.

PM Session: "Connected Living" - led by Seiko Iso, owner of Ohana Care Home. Stay & hear about Seiko's new project for senior living.
