For food options at our 2025 Bon Odori, we have the same vendors people loved from last year and even more. Some vendors plan on being open at 3:30 p.m.; all vendors plan on being open by 4:30 p.m.

Taiyaki, this popular Japanese street food consists of cakes made as you watch, playfully shaped like the tai fish, with sweet red bean or chocolate or nutella filling.

SHOPPING at VENUE

2025 Bon Odori T-Shirts. Subject to availability. Next to the Snack and Drinks Booth. (Obon Again Asian Resale Shop has some lightly used T-Shirts from previous years.)

PANKO—Secret to crisp tempura. More than just breadcrumbs, panko elevates battered and fried food. Supports the Buddhist Women’s Association. At the Snack and Drinks Booth.

Obon Again Asian Resale Shop. Lightly used ceramics, artwork, clothing and more, all at bargain prices. Also include some dance instructors, including osensu/uchiwa (folding and nonfolding fans), kachi-kachi (clackers) or tenegui (light towels worn around the neck or like a head band). Plus an unusally large selection of kimono and yukata, priced to move.

Pro Tip: The Obon Again Shop is not always visible but it is in the one-stoary building behind the food vndors on the South side of the parking lot. Ramped for easy access and with air-conditioning.
