Livestream Our Ohigan Service on YouTube

Don’t Miss Our Ohigan Service

Not only is this our first full service since the pandemic started, it will also be our first service to combine in-person attendance and ritual; with the option to view it on a livestream via YouTube.

Rev. Laverne Imori will officiate with a special Ohigan message, assisted by Rev. Maribeth Smith. Chairing the service will be Ralph Honda.

Still Time to Reserve for Coming to the Temple in Person

You have until midnight tonight to make your reservation:

Click here for the reservation link, or to learn more.

How does a livestream differ from our Zoom sessions?

In the livestream you will not be able to see other participants and they will not be able to see you. You are not able to use online chat to say hello to others. In the livestream, you have no options as to view. You see the images that the Temple is putting together for you.

Many thanks to the Temple members who made this technology work for us, and especially Ken Muraoka and Tim Kajita.
