VIDEO: Rev. Dr. Kenji Akahoshi on Shin Buddhism
Yujiro Seki is the director, cinematographer, and editor of Carving the Divine, a documentary now in post-production which is being scored and readied for submission to various film festivals.
To promote the project and raise funds for the final steps toward completion, Seki has created Carving the Divine TV, in which each week he posts interviews on YouTube with scholars and others to educate the public about Buddhism and its images.
And he just posted this Skype-like interview with our resident minister, Rev. Dr. Kenji Akahoshi, on the topic, “What Is Shin Buddhism?” Click on the video below to watch. The video runs some 28 minutes.
