Adult Buddhist Association (ABA)
ABA is open to all adult Temple Members and undertakes projects to support the Temple along with friendly social get-togethers. Historically ABA is famous in Temple lore for its tasty Chow Mein recipe (pan-fried noodles!), sold at fundraisers several times a year.

Various dishes are prepared for the yearly activities. BTSD offers tasty dishes at the Japanese Friendship Garden’s Cherry Blossom Festival & Bon Odori in the summer. We also have many delightful dishes during our annual Cultural Bazaar in June. One dish you might not expect, is tacos, made by a member who grew up in Mexico. It is usually pretty difficult to chose just one meal where there are such wonderful offerings to choose from.
